As a Sales Development Representative at Tekunda, youâll work alongside our Founders and Marketing team to support top-of-funnel outreach. Youâll help identify and qualify leads, research target accounts, and craft messaging that resonates. You will work closely with our Senior Marketing Specialist and Founders to drive lead generation, manage outreach campaigns, and convert opportunities into sales. This is a role designed for someone eager to grow into sales, marketing, and business development within the technology and SaaS space, with:

What Youâll Do
- Research and identify high-potential leads using LinkedIn
- Manage first contact with leads, qualify prospects based on defined ICP criteria, and set up discovery calls.
- Prepare outbound lists, personalise messaging, and log interactions in our CRM (Salesforce).
- Research target accounts and enrich lead data.
- Follow up with prospects via email, LinkedIn, or phone.
- Assist in coordinating product demos between prospects and our team
- Support proposal preparation and pipeline updates.
- Market research to come up with new and effective strategies for growth
- Coordinate with founders on outreach priorities.
- Work closely and assist marketing on campaigns (LinkedIn, email, events).
- Support content distribution, community engagement, and lead nurturing across different B2B channels.
- Develop sales material that resonate with our target audience
What You Need
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written in English is a must
- A strong interest in B2B tech sales and marketing
- Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks
- Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn and CRMs (or fast learner)
- Curious, coachable, and eager to improve through feedback
- Self-motivated, results-driven, organised, and able to work independently in a hybrid team
- Bonus: Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or tools like Clay, Apollo, HubSpot
