We’re looking for a GTM Specialist (Automation + AI) to design, automate, and optimise the full customer-acquisition pipeline, turning creative ideas into measurable systems that drive revenue.
You’ll sit at the intersection of sales & marketing strategy, automation, and data.
Your goal: reduce manual sales & marketing effort through AI-driven workflows and build a repeatable, scalable growth engine across Tekunda Studio and Serpent.
You’ll own campaign ideation, tooling, and performance, supported directly by the founders.
What You’ll Do
- Strategy & Growth
- Design and own Tekunda’s growth strategy across paid, organic, and outbound channels.
- Create campaigns that drive brand awareness and qualified leads pipeline for both Serpent (SaaS) & Studio (services) .
- Define and track key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, lead velocity, conversion rates).
- Automation & AI
- Build AI-powered workflows using automation tools.
- Automate repetitive campaign and reporting processes across CRM, outreach, and analytics.
- Collaborate with engineers when deeper automation or custom AI agent development is needed.
- Continuously test new tools and AI techniques to improve efficiency and ROI.
- Brand & Content
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, email, blog, SEO/GEO).
- Craft content that speaks SaaS and Salesforce language, clear, credible, value-driven.
- Use data to iterate: from content ideas to keyword positioning and audience resonance.
- Collaboration & Enablement
- Work directly with the founders on priorities, metrics, and automation roadmaps.
- Align with founders and the product team to ensure outbound efforts drive pipeline and adoption.
- Document automations, dashboards, and learnings to scale team knowledge.
What You Need
- 3-6 years of experience in growth & GTM within SaaS or tech.
- Strong grasp of GTM fundamentals (paid UA, funnels, CAC, LTV)
- Proven success in running data-driven campaigns with measurable impact.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar systems.
- Hands-on experience with GTM automation tools and AI agents
- Strong grasp of SEO/AEO, analytics, and attribution models.
- Excellent copywriting fundamentals and creativity.
- Independent, analytical, and curious, comfortable owning end-to-end growth systems.
