What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts
- Lead complex sales cycles from start to finish, including negotiation, closing, and post-sale support
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop sales strategies and materials that resonate with our target audience
- Represent Tekunda at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and report on sales performance metrics
- Mentor and support junior sales team members to foster a culture of success and continuous improvement
What You Need
- Proven track record of success in a senior sales or business development role, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector
- Experience with cold outreach platforms like Apollo
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and other key stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience using CRM tools and sales analytics to drive decision-making
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with potential clients and attend industry events
