We are seeking a dedicated, innovative, and experienced Customer Success Manager to join the Tekunda team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in building strong customer relationships, ensuring that our clients derive maximum value from our products, and fostering long-term loyalty.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset. You should be adept at understanding customer needs, translating them into actionable insights, and driving engagement and adoption of our solutions.
As the Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, working closely with them to ensure their goals are met and they are delighted with our products. You should have a strong understanding of SaaS products, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

What you’ll do
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Onboard new customers, guiding them through the initial setup and integration of our products.
- Monitor customer usage and engagement, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to ensure they are on track to meet their goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and drive product improvements.
- Create and deliver training sessions and resources to help customers maximise the value of our solutions.
- Analyse customer data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for enhancing the customer experience.
What you need
This role requires a high level of empathy, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to customer success.
- Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role in customer service or account management.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and the software development lifecycle.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive customer success.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
- Experience with CRM software and customer success tools is a plus.
