Does it handle dialects or just Modern Standard Arabic?

Dialects. The agents are dialect-aware and tuned per market, so a customer writing in their own Arabic gets understood, and answered, naturally.

Is right-to-left really supported, or just mirrored?

Designed, not mirrored. RTL is a first-class layout in our design system: typography, alignment, and flow are built for Arabic, with the same brand tokens as the English site.

Where does our customer data live?

In your environment. Retrieval and grounding run privately where your data already lives, and it never leaves. That matters doubly in the regulated markets where Arabic service is needed.

Which channels matter for Arabic-speaking customers?

WhatsApp first, then voice. We treat WhatsApp as a first-class channel and bring Agentforce Voice for spoken Arabic, with web and email served by the same grounded agent.
