What you’ll do
- Build and drive the overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
- Grow and mentor the marketing team, encouraging development and accountability
- Take ownership of the marketing budget, including forecasting, allocation, and maximising ROI across campaigns
- Collaborate with leadership to influence business decisions through strategic marketing insights
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising
- Create and manage content that supports our marketing goals, including blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and website copy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with product launches, sales goals, and brand messaging
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for optimization
- Manage the marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns are executed on time and within budget
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Assist in the development and execution of SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings
- Support the sales team with the creation of sales collateral, presentations, and other marketing materials
What You Need
- 5-10 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on digital marketing and content creation
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and techniques
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content
- Experience with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and the ability to apply them to content creation
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
